Silicon Optix new OptiScale
MSRP of $1995!
Silicon Optix Inc has recently announced the
introduction of the OptiScale video/graphics
scaler/switcher. Ideal for the professional projector
installer and the home theater enthusiast, OptiScale
features professional quality high definition de-
interlacing and the highest quality image scaling
currently available.
The unit's input signals include RGB analog, RGB DVI,
two channels of SDTV composite, one channel of
SDTV S-video, one channel of SDTV component, and
one channel of HDTV component. Outputs on the
OptiScale support VGA (640x480) through SXGA+
(1400x1050) resolutions. De-interlacing is applied to
all SDTV-interlaced input signals and 1080i HDTV-
interlaced signals.
