CLEARONE
Ride the VoIP Wave!
Which of your clients have installed a new VoIP
system? You know, VoIP systems now have
surpassed standard plain-old-telephone PBX's.
ClearOne's SIP-based MAXAttach IP and MAX IP VoIP
conference phones were recently certified for the
Avaya SIP platforms under Avaya's DevConnect
program. In addition, a number of other SIP platforms
have been tested as compatible with MAXAttach IP
and MAX IP.
This opens up tremendous new opportunities for
ClearOne's channel partners and customers.
Installations of SIP-based VoIP telephony systems
are happening at a rapidly increasing pace, and
MAXAttach IP and MAX IP are simply the best
solutions for executive offices and conference rooms
for those systems.
As with ClearOne's MAXAttach and MAX EX analog
products, MAXAttach IP and MAX IP offer the unique
capability to daisy-chain up to four phones together
for unmatched full-room coverage. No other
competitor offers this feature - they only offer single-
phone solutions, which do not adequately cover
larger room spaces. In addition, the phones can be
split apart and used in separate rooms, if desired,
with the purchase of additional base units.
Try BUY program
Because ClearOne is so confident in the performance
of our products, we offer a Try BUY program on MAX
and RAV, which allows end-user customers to try our
products with no cost or obligation for 30 days. If
customers decide they like the product (and almost
all do!), they can be easily invoiced by their dealer
and keep it permanently.
MAXAttach IP and MAX IP have now been added to
the program.

TANDBERG
Federal Government Contracts
As many of you know this is the end of the fiscal
year for the Federal Government. Many departments
and organizations within the Federal Government
must spend funds that were granted to them or they
will forfeit these funds as the fiscal year ends. It is
very common for funds to become available as the
Fiscal year comes to an end. Video conferencing,
specifically Tandberg, is part of many departments
and agencies communication objectives. If you are
engaged with any of these Agencies and/or
Departments it is important that you engage TMD
and Tandberg to help develop the correct course of
action. It is not uncommon for a dealer to be working
an opportunity and not knowing the rules and policies
for Tandberg and selling into the Federal
Government. This can greatly reduce your chances
of winning the opportunity.
TMD wants our dealers to succeed no matter where
you are pursuing opportunities. Please contact TMD
with any deal that you are working on for
Government so that we can ensure that all rules and
policies are being followed.
