TANDBERG Training
TANDBERG TCAP Certification (3 day course) – This course is the first step for partner certification in the TANDBERG technical training curriculum. TCAP covers all the base terminology and technology associated with video conferencing and an introduction to the whole TANDBERG solution. This course covers TANDBERG endpoints, Gateways and MCUs. Participants will gain in-depth practical know how with exercises on installing, configuring, maintaining and fault finding skills on the equipment along with an introduction to TANDBERG Management System.
