It’s official, Cisco will go ahead with the acquisition of TANDBERG! 89% of TANDBERG shareholders have accepted Cisco’s offer, and Cisco has decided to go ahead at that level, waiving its 90% condition. This announcement means that Cisco and TANDBERG, with our partners, will change the way people communicate and collaborate.
