- Purchase order # and date
- Delivery by date
- Shipping preference
- End user name and address

- Exact pricing per TANDBERG pricing spreadsheet unless otherwise noted
- All new endpoints must have service agreement
Service Renewals
- Must be submitted on a separate PO
- Must include Serial Numbers and Expiration Date
- Must include end user name and address
- If expiration is beyond six months, must have recertification fee (50%)
International Orders
- Must have completed GDS paperwork
- Email address for end user
